At Starfall Bridal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any problems with our products, please contact us first. We will be happy to assist you.
Order Accuracy
To avoid any problems, please double check your order details (size, color, style) before placing your order, as our items are processed to your specifications. Our return policy applies to all orders.
Returns
Defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped merchandise (i.e., the shipped item does not match the ordered item), you must report the problem within 3 days of receiving the item. When requesting a return, please provide reliable photos or videos as evidence of the defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise. Once verified, you may return the item with our authorization. We will provide a local return address to which you should ship the returned item. Upon receipt of the merchandise, you will receive a replacement or a full refund for the defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise. For all other returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Unsatisfactory merchandise
Un-satisfied Item (the items without any quality issue) can be returned back to us after receiving our authorization for store credit. 35% restocking fee will be charged in addition to all freight charges.
Non-Returnable Merchandise
Customized merchandise is made to order based on your measurements, fabric selection, and level of customization. Orders in production cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged at no charge. No refunds or exchanges will be made once provided.
Return and Refund Process
Return Request: Returns must be made within 3 days of order delivery.
RETURN SHIPPING: Items must be shipped to our return address within 5 days after the return request has been confirmed. Please include your order number in the return package and email us the shipping information including courier and tracking number. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
- REFUND PROCESSING: Refunds will be based on the original price of the merchandise minus any applicable fees, taxes, charges and other extras. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of merchandise for processing and inspection.
- REFUND METHODS: Refunds can only be made to the original credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.
- COUPON ADJUSTMENTS: Returns may affect or cancel coupon discounts used on an order. If you used a coupon code and are unsure of the refund amount, please contact us for clarification.
- IMPORTANT: For your safety, please send your return via a traceable shipping service such as registered USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL or other traceable postal service. Be sure to retain shipping receipts and tracking information associated with the returned merchandise. We do not guarantee refunds for items returned via non-traceable methods. We offer a maximum of $30 shipping charge for each defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped item.
Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please see the policy below for details. Depending on the changes requested, appropriate fees may apply.
- Unpaid: Changes and cancellations are allowed.
- Paid: Changes and cancellations are allowed.
- Processed: Changes and cancellations are allowed.
- Producing: Changes and cancellations are allowed, but minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged depending on production schedule. The rest fee will be exchanged to Store Credit.
- Ready to Ship: Changes and cancellations are allowed, but 35% restocking fee will be charged. The rest fee will be exchanged to Store Credit.
- Shipped: Changes and cancellations are allowed, but 35% restocking fee will be charged. The rest fee will be exchanged to Store Credit in addition to all freight charges.
Shipping Charges
If the return is due to the consumer, the consumer is responsible for return shipping charges, which will be based on the courier you choose.
If the return is due to our error and the item is damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for shipping charges.
